Terms and Conditions
Each customer will be considered to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions once they open an account with GLOBALSTEPS LOGISTICS. We also advise account holders to revise the terms and conditions on a regular basis to keep uptodate with any potiential changes.
After completing registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A mailing address along with a unique customer number (GBSP), where packages should always be mailed.
If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, you risk your packages being lost and/or being charged for recovery of those packages. It is imperiative that customers make sure the address is correct before shipping items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that merchant that their purchasing from properly package their items for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
GLOBALSTEPS LOGISTICS is not liable for items damaged by any outside parties, such as online sellers or custom officals in Jamaica.
Please be advised that all customers using our company are required to declare the contents of their packages along with value before they arrive in jamaica.
Facilitator Terms
GLOBALSTEPS LOGISTICS does engage in selling of goods and acts solely as a facilitator Providing a service. Therefore, we are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect purchases, item dissatisfaction, or any discrepanices betweens the items performance and sellers description.
GLOBALSTEPS LOGISTICS is not liable for any loss or damage to customer goods that are not carefully and properly packaged according to shipping requirements and best practices. It is the customers reponsibility to ensure items are properly packaged to withstand the shipping process.
Packaging Reponsibility and Dispute
Packaging responsibility is the sole responsibility of merchant and shipper. GLOBALSTEPS LOGICTICS is not responsible for ensuring items are safely packaged and will not be liable for any damaged items. All claims and disputes related to packaging must be resolved directly between purchaser and merchant.
